FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT! You make more with Mears than with competition! Top Earners make over $80,000 per year (before adding the performance incentive in)! Average driver makes approximately $60,000 per year.

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Ability to Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle
Must be hospitality and customer service forward, maintaining a friendly demeanor towards our guests and team
Knowledge of the Greater Central Florida area a plus but not required
Valid Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver License) with Passenger "P" Endorsement preferred, but not required, WE WILL TRAIN and offer our CDL school to the right candidates
Ability to read, write and speak English in a friendly and professional manner
Must have a satisfactory driving record, as defined by the company, and a have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico
Must pass a criminal background investigation and drug test
Must pass the Department of Transportation ("DOT") medical screening.
