Customer Service RepresentativeSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position is a high-volume customer support role responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large volume of customer interactions daily, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle 50-70 customer interactions per day through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account-related questions.Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.Maintain service quality standards while meeting productivity expectations.Utilize customer service tools and chatbot platforms as part of daily workflow.Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Completed minimum of 2 managerial reference checks.Previous high-volume customer service experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday.Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience handling 50-70 customer inquiries per day in a call center, contact center, or customer support environment.Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including phone and chat.Key Success FactorsDependability and consistent attendance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer information.Positive attitude and willingness to learnInterview ProcessOne virtual interview.Hiring decisions and offers will be made quickly for qualified candidates.Start Date Immediate hiring need.
