A coach helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.Help team to be self-sufficient by the end of the coachingBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 8+ years of experience in coaching team on Agile MethodologyMinimum 5+ years of experience transforming teams from Waterfall to AgileTravel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%.
